Our Approach
This service is for people who want to become more active but need a clear plan, proper coaching, and safe progressions.
Every exercise is practiced in person first. We make sure you understand the setup, form, tempo, intensity, and purpose before adding it to your plan.
As you improve, your exercises are progressed online so you always know what to do between visits. The goal is to help you build confidence, get stronger, and return to exercise without guessing or constantly flaring things up.
This is not generic online programming. Your plan is built and progressed through your in-person visits at our Hamilton clinic.

We start in person at our Hamilton clinic by reviewing your pain, goals, exercise history, current activity level, and what you want to get back to doing.
Practice Your Exercises In Person
After your visit, your exercises are added online so you have a clear plan to follow between appointments.
Get Your Online Plan
You log sessions and check in regularly. We refine the plan as you progress, troubleshoot what isn't working, and keep building strength without sacrificing movement quality. Optional in-person rehab visits available in Hamilton, Mississauga, and Stoney Creek.
Progress Every Visit
As you improve, your exercises are updated and progressed so you continue building strength, confidence, and long-term activity.
